I just want to remind everyone to RSVP for the Endorphin Swim and Stroke Clinic this Friday from 9am to 11am. There is now an event set-up for the Endorphin Swim Clinic and RSVP on the Avalon Gators website. Please use this to say if you are coming or not so I can give Michael from Endorphin an idea of how many swimmers will be there.
