NOTIFICATIONS -  We will be updating the team periodically through RainedOut notifications about delays and other important information.  If you have not signed up for RainedOut, I highly recommend that you do so for Champs.  Use the link http://www.rainedout.com and type "Avalon" to find us.  Sign up to receive either text or email alerts and follow instructions.  

SPECIAL NOTE TO MITES & MIDGETS - please make sure that your young swimmer's events and event numbers are written on their hand or arm.
