Congratulations on Day 1 of champs. We had some great swims and the coaches are very pleased with what we have seen. There have been tremendous time drops from all age group. We are hanging tough with the upper division teams. We are currently 5th place with a score of 404; that was after the breaststroke events and not sure after all the relays. We have Westwood in the lead, then Southampton, CCV, Kanawha and Ridgetop, Glen Allen and MDY close behind us.

Keep up the great swims and we have one more day before the season's end. Have a great last day and swim fast. We can hold our position and maybe even close in on Kanawha with some great swims.
