Avalon families,

First, thank you to all whom came out Tuesday for the first practice of the season. It was finally a nice day and I think all swimmers whom participated in the dryland activities had a great time. Starting tomorrow we will be in the pool for all age groups of swimmers. 

Mites are from 4:15pm to 5pm; Midgets from 5:00pm to 5:45pm and Juniors, Intermediates, and Seniors from 5:45pm to 6:45pm. Make sure all swimmers have a swimsuit, googles and a cap if needed. Bring water as well as it is suppose to be 90 degrees.

Mini mites will start next Tuesday. See you all tomorrow for a hot but chilling practice!
