Good afternoon,

I apologize for taking so long to get out the meet entries. We ran into some snags along the way and wanted to make sure they were all corrected before we sent them out. WE have worked hard this week to make sure everyone swimming is entered correctly. As of now it all looks good for the meet entries which are attached in various formats for you to choose how you want to print them out.

Also attached is information for the Kanawha meet tomorrow. The meet starts at 3pm and our warm-ups are at 2:30pm. I would suggest getting to the pool at 45 min. early to get a parking spot and good seat.

Remember, the theme for this meet is Avalon Spirit Gator Green. Everyone wear some green!
