Good morning Avalon swim families,

I hope everyone is safe and well after last night's crazy storm. Be safe out there if you are traveling around as there are a ton of trees and power lines down and roads closed.

At the moment Avalon is closed with no power but hopefully we will get it back soon. If the pools pumps aren't running we can't have practice. We will keep you posted on any changes throughout the day. We are hoping for power very soon.

I will do my best to keep everyone posted, however, if you want to check and see if Avalon has power back before attempting to go to the pool then call 804-740-8593, and ask for Jack Cox, or call 804-363-4097 as that is Jack's cell or you can call me at 804-201-7913. I would rather get phone calls than a ton of e-mails but like I said I will do my best to keep everyone posted so you don't have to check in.

Enjoy an unofficial day off from the last day of school. What a way to end the school year! Be safe.
