Avalon Swim Families,

First of all thank you all for lasting as long and sticking around as long as you did for the weather delay tonight. We tried to stick it out as long as we could but the weather wasn't going to allow us to swim tonight. 

Both head coaches and teams agreed to postpone the meet until tomorrow night at 6pm. We have to finish at least the individual events before a meet can be called to weather; JRAC rules.So tomorrow we will start the meet at 6pm at Westwood and Avalon warm-ups will be at 5:30pm. WE know this is an inconvenience as some families may have other Tuesday night plans. Please let us know if you will not be swimming the remainder of the meet if you are entered in the remaining fly events, backstroke and breaststroke. Especially please let us know if you will be not there to swim in a relay. We will have to reseed the relays if so. The swimmer entered in relays is attached.

Please let me know by cell phone text if you will not be coming to the restart of the swim meet tomorrow night. Please do your best to make it as we need as many swimmers there as possible and enough swimmers to make all the relays.Please look to see if your child or children are in a relay.
