Good afternoon Avalon Swim Families,

We are sorry for any inconvenience tonight may be causing but we would really appreciate it if you and your swimmers can make it back for the meet tonight. Again, be there by 5pm as our warm-ups are at 5:30pm and the meet will start at 6pm.

Below is a message from Westwood for accommodations for this evening. Please take a look and there will be a Townley Hass viewing party for Olympic Trials later this evening.

The following is directly from Westwood Club Management regarding tonight:

1.      In the case of inclement weather, Westwood is unable to accommodate swimmers inside this evening.  The Club House is open on Tuesday and is occupied by dining patrons, banquet events and a squash tournament.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

2.      Townley Haas Viewing Party!! Both the Pool Bar and Club House Main Bar will be showing Townley’s 200 Free at 8:00pm.  There will be extra TV’s in the Main Bar for the event.

**Jason: IF the meet isn't over by 8PM, would you be ok with taking a ten minute break in the action so that everyone can watch Townley swim? Let me know what you think.

3.      There will be food and beverages available for purchase from both the gazebo area and snack bar during the meet.
