TUESDAY, July 5: Home meet vs. Southampton (meet starts at 6 PM)

SUNDAY, July 10: Team fundraiser dinner at Chipotle Stony Point 5-9 PM (flyer attached)

MONDAY, July 11: Home meet vs. CCV (meet starts at 6 PM)

MONDAY, July 18: Away meet vs. Ridgetop

SUNDAY, July 24: TEAM BANQUET 6 PM at Avalon (more details to come)

 Bake Sale

2016 Dunk Hunger 5th Annual Food Drive benefits FeedMore

Join Avalon Recreational Association at the home swim meets by bringing in can goods/food to benefit FeedMore.  Please drop off your donations in the green labeled plastic tubs by the bake sale table.  Cash donations are also accepted online:   www.feedmore.org/dunkhunger  Click on Avalon Recreational Association so we get the credit to win the $1000 cash prize!  Remember every $1 donated = 5 pounds of food.
