Our swim team banquet will be held Sunday, July 24th at 6 PM at Avalon. Please submit your RSVP (same way you do for swim meets) online and indicate whether you need a vegetarian option for your family. Cost is $25 for your entire family which will include dinner (menu to follow) and dessert. Please indicate your RSVP by July 18 (next Monday) so we can plan for the amount of food to order. 

Also tomorrow is 5 CAN FRIDAY for Dunk Hunger. Bring in 5 cans of food to any practice and receive a treat. We are currently in FIRST place for Dunk Hunger. Let's keep our lead and try to win a pizza party this summer!
