Good evening,

I want to update everyone on the parent relays for Monday night's meet vs. Ridgetop. We will have the parents and coaches relays at the half-way point of the meet when they recognize the seniors then the parents relays and the coaches relays. There will be one heat of parents relays so 3 for us and 3 for them. However, we have more relays and so do they so the "extra" relays will be in the coaches relay heat when the coaches swim the medley relay and the parents do free.

Also, there are suppose to be two men and two females on each relay so we need several more "moms" to join us on these relays. We need about 7 more moms if possible.
