Hi Avalon Gator families. We are always trying to figure out ways to make swim team more fun for all the swimmers and retain swimmers as they get older. One suggestion I have received was to have the swimmers themselves give feedback on what they like or don't like about swim team.

If you are receiving this, it is because you have a swimmer ages 11 and older. I don't have email addresses for most of the swimmers, but I would love your swimmers to complete this online survey for the team. This survey is different from the one I send to the entire team. You can have your swimmer complete it online, and I will have some paper copies to pass out at practice tomorrow morning. Please help us out!!
