Good evening,

I just got back from the JRAC Head Coaches meeting for Champs and there are a few changes this year. There is an added relay this year of X/XX and still have Novice and Regular relays as well. All swimmers whom qualify for champs can swim up to 5 events. These events can be individual and/or relays. Plus, we are allowed to have alternates for champs events and relays. There are many chances to swim in champs this year.

We have to seed champs this Wednesday and all entries have to be turned in by 10:00am Friday morning. This being said please RSVP now for champs even if you aren't sure your child is swimming in champs. We will do our best to let everyone know whom made champs and is swimming in champs by Wednesday when we seed all the events and relays.

I know this isn't ideal but neither are the JRAC rules and the way things have to be done so please be patient with us.
