Just want to let everyone know what a great first day at champs you all had. Everyone swam really fast and dropped time and some even achieved new time standards. With your fast swimming it has put us in 5th place behind, Kanawha, CCV, Southampton and Westwood.

Keep up the good work and we will see everyone in the morning. We have warm-ups at 7:30am in Lane 2. Be there by 7am to check-in and get a spot under the tent. Tomorrow's events are 25 free, 50 free, 25 fly, 50 fly and the 200m free relay.
