Just a reminder- Nova is offering some Spring Swim Clinics for summer swimmers to get prepared for our Avalon summer swim season. The clinics run on Sunday afternoons and you can select your time. 

Our team gets a small credit for anyone who decides to register and puts Avalon down as their home swim team. 

You may register online or through the NOVA business office. Details are attached in the flyer!
