Hey Gators,

Happy last day of school! Looking forward to starting our regular season practice and meet schedule next week. Make sure to look over the practice schedule on the website.

This Saturday we will be having our first Saturday morning practice from 8-9am. The focus will be breaststroke. As it is the novice stroke of the week, I encourage everyone who would like some extra help to attend.

Meet #2 is fast approaching on Monday June 19th at Ridgetop at 6:00 pm.​ Please note the time change from this meet and plan accordingly. Attached to this email is a welcome letter from Ridgetop with information about the pool.

Some general information for Monday:

-Please be at Ridgetop no later than 5:15pm​.

-Warm ups are 5:30-5:45pm. Mites will be from 5:30-5:35; Midgets and up will be 5:35-5:45.

-Meet Entries will be emailed out early Sunday Afternoon. This will be the schedule for the rest of the season as well.

-Weather Policy: There is a high chance of thunderstorms in the forecast for Monday (Mr. Freiden any thoughts?!) Please keep an eye on the forecast. Updates will be sent out via RainedOut if necessary that night.

-An email was sent from the JRAC board earlier this week regarding the Jolyn tie-back suits for girls. The league is following USA Swimming rules on this issue which states no suits with zippers or other fastening systems are allowed in competition. So the tie-back suits are NOT allowed to be worn in meets. If you do not know what the Jolyn suits are, disregard this note.
