Hello Everyone!

The time has finally come. The coaches have used every last ounce of brain power over the past 2 days to finalize and perfect our champs entries. We appreciate all your support and patience while we try to put together the Champs team that best represents the Gators. I'm excited and proud to say we have 77 Gators set and ready to light the pool on fire next week!

The entries are attached by event and by name and by event. If there is an issue with an RSVP i.e. we put your swimmer in events but they will not be able to swim, please let me know ASAP. I have to have our finalized entries in by 10 am tomorrow morning. After that I cannot make changes. 

The coaches tried really hard and looked at the entries and rankings from all angles, trying to maximize our number of swimmers competing, while trying setting them up to do well at the meet. Unfortunately with how many swimmers we have per age group and well as the time standard trends, its impossible for us to get everyone into the meet. We hope we will be able to get more swimmers into champs next year!

Those who have made the roster- be on the lookout for an email tomorrow morning about anything and everything you need to know about Champs.

Another note about the weather- please to come to morning practice if possible. It will be extremely hot in the afternoons. You should only be coming in the afternoons if it is your only option to practice. Also, please refrain from doing 2 aday practices- it will be have very little to no benefit our swimmers, as well as that allows the coaching staff to focus on the kids who have not gotten a practice in yet that day. ****BRING A WATER BOTTLE****
