Hello Gators!!

What an exciting meet last night!! We will be traveling again next week to Glen Allen for our second away meet. Please note that due to the 4th of July holiday, this meet will occur on a TUESDAY (July. 6th). The deadline to sign-up for the meet is Thursday, July 1st.  Further information for next week will be communicated later this week.

Please note that you MUST declare you are going to be attending the meet in order to swim in meets. Going forward if you have not communicated that with the Parent Reps and/or Coaches, we will not be able to make the last minute add into the meet. Last minute adds are very disruptive to both sides during a meet and discounts the many hours of work the coaches put into seeding and placing your kids into events. If there is ever a question if you have signed-up or not, please ask us and we can make that confirmation. 

The sign-ups for the rest of the meets for this season are open. If it makes it easier, you may go in and make your declaration for the remaining 3 meets at any time. You can find the sign-ups at: https://avalongators.swimtopia.com/
