Happy Summer Gators! 

Regular season practices start tomorrow (Monday). There WILL BE morning practices tomorrow. There will be NO afternoon practices on Monday's in preparation for our meets in the evening. 

There will be NO Tuesday morning practices. The practice schedule going forward will be as follows: 

MORNINGS (M, W, Th, F):

8 & Under - 8:30-9:15 a.m.

9-10 Yr. Olds - 9:15-10:00 a.m.

11 & Up - 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. 

AFTERNOONS (Tues-Fri):

Pre-Team - 3:00-3:30 p.m. 

8 & Under - 3:30-4:15 p.m. 

9-10 Yr. Olds - 4:15-5:15 p.m. 

11 & Up - 5:15-6:15 p.m. 

If you have any questions, please let us know. As a reminder, if you are not up for cooking after the meet, Avalon will be holding a spirit day at Chick-Fil A (Parham Rd.) on Tuesday, June 22 (all day). Mention Avalon Swim Team and the team will receive a portion of the proceeds.
