Hello Gator Families,

Congratulations on a great first home meet in 2 years!! It was great to hold an in-person meet and we enjoyed seeing all of you! We hope everyone had a fun time. The sign-ups for next meet with Southampton (SRA) will close this Thursday, June 17th at 7 p.m. Southampton is a big team and we will need as many swimmers to attend.

VERY IMPORTANT: Every child must make a declaration whether you are "ATTENDING" or "NOT ATTENDING".  This must be made for EVERY meet. If your child is not swimming but you do not make a declaration, the coaches will assume that they are swimming and will put them in events. You can sign-up by completing these few simple steps:

1. Log into Swimtopia: https://avalongators.swimtopia.com/

2. Look on the bottom right hand corner for the heading "NEXT MEET".

3. Click on "MEET ENTRY"

4. Click on "EDIT"

5. Your children will automatically be "Undeclared". Please use the pull down bar to indicate whether they are "ATTENDING" or "NOT ATTENDING".

6. Make sure to "SAVE" you entries

The first 4 meets are open for sign-ups, please feel free to sign-up for them. If you have any questions on meet sign-ups, please feel free to reach out to one of the parents reps.
