Gator Families,

Our first meet is right around the corner! We will be hosting CCV for our first meet of the season this Sunday, June 13^th. We will be turning off the sign-up for this meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9^th.

If you haven’t already signed up this meet, please do so ASAP. You can sign up using the following link: https://avalongators.swimtopia.com/. At the bottom right-hand corner, you will see a section that says “Next Meet”. You will see the meet with CCV, click on “Meet Entry” and declare if you will or will not be at the meet. You will also see a button that you can click to volunteer for this meet. Warm-up times and further details will be communicated towards the end of this week.

We will also be holding a bake sale during our home meets. All proceeds to go benefit the swim team. Please look for the email from Jenifer Cryer this morning to sign-up to bring goods.

The parent reps will also be holding a parent meeting on Wednesday, June 9^th at 5 p.m. under the pavilion. We will go over the basics of how a meet is run and answer any questions you have about swim team. The coaches will pop in for a little bit if you have any specific questions for them. All are welcome to attend.
