Hi Avalon swim team families, I'm happy to announce it's that time of year again. Yay ! Who's ready for some summer fun? This year we are going to try to safely get back to normal. We can't have these meets without parent involvement/ volunteers. We are going to have a 10 and under session and a later 11 and over session. All of the volunteer jobs will be set up in the Avalon Gators website. They are all not difficult and there will be people to help out and explain what each job entails. The meet for CCV is open for you all to sign up. You can also pick volunteer jobs for that swim meet. Volunteer jobs are assigned on a first come basis, so sign up early to get the job you want. Please note which session you want ex: 10 and under. Please do not select jobs that require JRAC training unless you have registered and plan to attend the zoom meeting training . The volunteer requirement is 3 points or 3 jobs for the swim team season. Please reach out to Barbara Arcarese or Carrie Geldreich (Co- volunteer coordinators ) with any questions you have.
