Hello Avalon Gators!

It's hard to believe but pre-season practice starts this Monday, May 24th. The schedule for pre-season practice is as follows:

8 & Under - 4:15 - 5:00 p.m. 

9-10 Yr. Olds - 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. 

11 & Up - 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. 

We will be enforcing social distancing during practice and will be using both ends of the pool to space the kids. We ask that parents encourage your kids to keep their distance at practice. Please be assured that the entire coaching staff has been fully vaccinated. 

If you have not had a chance to purchase your team suit you can either purchase your suit online or visit the Virginia Swim Shop at NOVA. All of our suits are at the Virginia Swim Shop and a professional can help you find your correct size. JRAC requires that each child have a waiver on file every season to compete in meets. We ask that you fill out this waiver as soon as possible. You can use this link to fill out your waiver. https://jrac2016waiver.formstack.com/forms/2021waiver

We are gearing up for our first meet with CCV on Sunday, June 13th. Details about that meet, as well as meet and volunteer sign-ups, will be communicated soon.
