Attached is the information about the NOVA Spring Clinic again this year. The format will just be like last year where Avalon will have its own time slot from 5-6 pm for 8 Sundays. If that time slot doesn't work for your family then you are welcome to sign up for one of their other time slots. When you send in your check or payment just indicate that you are Avalon for the 5-6pm time slot with Coach Tim and Jeanine. 

This clinic is mostly geared for stroke and turn work for 12 and unders. I would like to try to get around 20 swimmers for this clinic if possible so if you are interested please sign up!
