Good Morning Gators,

I apologize in advance for the barrage of emails this week- lots of information to be shared in a short amount of time that is also time sensitive!

Attached you will find a top times report. This report includes all swimmers with top times that qualify them for champs. If your child's name is not on this list, unfortunately they have not qualified for champs- YET. They still have our last meet on Monday! This is for coache to have an idea of who we have going into seeding for Champs, as well for you all to be able to fill our your RSVP for champs correctly. 

A few notes:

-Due to league rules, we are only allow to seed 2 swimmers from each speed category in each event. That gives us a possible total of 8 swimmers in each stroke/distance- and that's only if we have 2XX and 2X. This makes the process super difficult and time consuming as the coaches have to make the tough decision of who gets to go. We try to send as many kids as we possibly can. But when you have 10 N qualifiers in 1 event its very difficult, and we know there will be some hurt feelings that we cannot avoid. 

-Champs entries are due to the league by noon on Friday July 20th. Our goal is to send out entries to you all by 11:59 pm Thursday July 19th/midnight July 20th. 

-Avalon champs caps and t shirts info will be sent out either this afternoon or tonight!
