Firstly, congrats to our Swimmers of the Week this week:

Notes for the weekend, Meet #2, and the first week of the regular season:

-We will have our first Saturday morning practice this Saturday from 8-9am. We will be focusing on Breaststroke, as well as backstroke turns, and finishes for those who would like extra help.

-Meet #2 will take place on Monday June 18th at Ridgetop. The meet will start at 6:30- warm ups are from 6-6:15. The novice events are free and breast. Details about the meet and meet entries- as stated in the parents meeting info email- will be sent out the evening before the meet (Sunday Evening).

-Seeding for meets takes place on Wednesday nights. If your RSVP changes after this point before the meet, please email me the change. DO NOT simply change the meet RSVP on the website. I do not receive notifications when they are changed. 

-Monday is the start of regular season morning practices. A reminder there are some changes from last year:

Mites and Midgets practice together from 8:30-9:30

Jun/Int/Sen: 9:30-10:45

NO practice Tuesday mornings- skittles practice in the afternoon

Fridays are Flipturn Fridays! Come enjoy pancakes after practice with your teammates!
